Preparation
Audition requirements:
Monologue (not to exceed 2 minutes) that is appropriate for the show.
Current headshot and resume.
Must present a current Equity ID card.

Other Dates
Callbacks are on September 16th from 7:00-9:00PM.

Rehearsals will begin October 22nd, 2013 with production running November 7th-November 17th, 2014.

Breakdown

The Lone Tree Arts Center in conjunction with Starkey Theatrix will hold Equity auditions for A.R. Gurney’s Sylvia at the Lone Tree Arts Center, located at 10075 Commons Street, Lone Tree, CO 80124.

Casting will be for the following roles:

GREG Middle-aged professional New Yorker and new owner of Sylvia (a dog).

KATE Greg's stylish and intelligent wife, whose career is beginning to take off. Greg and Kate are empty nesters with children in college.

TOM, PHYLLIS, LESLIE (played by the same actor) -- Tom (a man) is a fellow dog owner whom Greg meets at the park. Phyllis (a woman) is a college friend of Kate. Leslie (of unknown gender) is a counselor.

The role of Sylvia has been cast.

There will be no understudies for this production.
