BREAKDOWN

Female Ensemble:
Characters are ages 18-64, All Ethnicities. Great singers and strong movers of all types, shapes and sizes. Should have style and the ability to play various characters- including nuns and blue collar Philadelphians – and understudy principal roles. Seeking women to play Sister Mary Martin-of Tours (an out-of-it nun who’s in her own little world); and Tina and Michelle (Deloris’s back-up singers; low-rent, but sexy, a la The Pointer Sisters, with sassy attitude); They need to move very well and cover the role of Deloris. There are two additional strong dancers among the female ensemble. All need very strong legit and belt voices.

Male Ensemble:
Characters are ages 18-64, All Ethnicities. Great singers (with disco falsetto, a la Bee Gees/Beach Boys/Four Seasons) and strong movers of all ethnic types, shapes and sizes. Should have style and the ability to play various small roles- including blue-collar Philadelphians- and understudy principal roles.
