Sides will be provided at the audition, and will be e-mailed to actors who make appointments.

Please bring a picture & resume, stapled back-to-back.

Seeking (all roles are available):

William King:

African American, 50-55. By nature gentle and warm-hearted, but the early effects of multiple sclerosis bring on a temper and a longing for something he cannot identify.

Ennis King:

African American man, early 20s. Went east to college. Always intended to never return. Confident, ready to make his future.

Malcolm King:

African American, early 20s. Stayed at home. Down-to-earth, hard-working. About to be a father; not sure what he should do next.


Sonia King:

African American, 25. William’s wife, who died young. Appears in William’s memory and dreams. Loving, self-sacrificing; always wanted a better life for her sons.
