BREAKDOWN

Note: For any role that has been CAST, actors will be considered for possible replacement if needed.

Rachel
Role CAST. 30’s/early 40s. Her brain is in continuous chaos - slipping into manic episodes, having visions. Pushed to the edge by the pressures of domesticity.

Stephen
30s. Rachel’s psychiatrist. Methodical, direct, graduated at the top of his class.

Tom
30’s/early 40s. Rachel’s husband. A consistent source of care and support throughout his wife's psychological descent.

Dan
20s. A stranger. A young, attractive vision of Rachel’s potential affair.

Older Woman
70’s. Needs a lot of attention.

Girl
10-12 to play 10. A hallucination of Rachel’s.
