General Role Requirements:
Performers with exceptional pop-rock singing voices and charisma, who move well
Performers of all ethnic backgrounds are encouraged to audition.
2 male Singer/Dancers who have a strong pop belt and move very well to perform in 8-Track The Sound of The 70's. Actors of all races are encouraged to apply. Singers should be able to hold a part in 4 part harmony and be a strong soloist as well. Seeking both a tenor and a baritone singer.
TENOR- ages 18-30 - The “Lovable Loser” African-American. A happy soul. Shy. Perhaps a bit geeky. The lovable loser who never gives up. The Real Pop Thing with monster top soaring range: Bottom note: ATop note (full voice): ATop falsetto: D Must move well
BARITONE- The “Lover” Confident, alpha-male rock singer with an intensity of purpose. Pop-Rock Baritone
2 Female Singer/Dancers who have a strong pop belt and move very well to perform in 8-Track The Sound of The 70's. Actors of All races are encouraged to apply. Singers should be able to hold a part in 4 part harmony and be a strong soloist as well. Seeking both a soprano and an alto singer.
SOPRANO - ages 18-30 - The “Seeker” African American. Alluring. Soulfully searching for a spiritual path through the decade.
Pop Second Soprano with tons of soul: Bottom note: E Flat Belt to C Strong mix to F# Legit (head voice) to G Must move well
ALTO- ages 18-30 The “Feminist” Radiating a new-found pride, rock-chick power, seductiveness and vulnerability. Great Po-Rock Sound.
Bottom note: E Flat Belt to BStrong mix to C#Solid mix/head voice to E Must move well
1 Male Dancer/Singer who has experience with tricks and lifts who also sings well on tight harmony. Partner dancing experiences is preferred. Actors of all races are encouraged to apply.
