weAREproductions Launches Indiegogo for SMOKEY AND THE BANDIT: THE MUSICAL

weAREproductions is raising funds via a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo to help the development of their new show, SMOKEY AND THE BANDIT: THE MUSICAL, coming to MCL Theatre in Chicago, April 2017.

weAREproductions has set out to raise $4,000 on Indiegogo so they can have the budget to pay for a live band, set pieces, costumes and performers. Donors have until December 19th, 2016 at 11:59pm to contribute to the campaign.

2017 marks the original film's 40th Anniversary, and will also be the writer/director/producer, Ricky W Glore's, dad's 60th Birthday. This show is being done also as a surprise to him.
