In an interview with PEOPLE, UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT star Tituss Burgess shared how he found out about his Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy series. "It's beyond," says the Broadway vet of the Emmy nod. "It's not something I sought out or had planned for." Check out the interview below!

About TITUSS BURGESS:

Burgess made his Broadway debut in the musical Good Vibrations as Eddie in 2005, and then appeared in Jersey Boys in 2005 as Hal Miller. He originated the role of Sebastian in the musical The Little Mermaid in 2007 and went on to the role of Nicely-Nicely Johnson in the revival of Guys and Dolls in 2009.

Recently, Burgess played the Witch in Into the Woods in a 2015 production with Miami's DREAMCATCHER Theatre Company.
