NBC's DATELINE Ties for No. 1 Primetime Show on the Big 4

Saturday Primetime Results:

"Dateline Saturday Night Mystery" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 3.7 million viewers overall) tied for the #1 Primetime rating of the night on the Big 4 nets in adults 18-49 and was the #1 Primetime show outright on those nets in adults 18-34.

In its time period, "Dateline Saturday Night Mystery" ranked #1 in adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, all key adult-female demos and other key measures. From its first half-hour to its second, "Dateline Saturday Night Mystery" grew by +13% in adults 18-49 (to a 0.9 rating from a 0.8), by +22% in both adults 25-54 (1.1 vs. 0.9) and by +25% in both women 25-54 (1.5 vs. 1.2) and total viewers(4.1 million vs. 3.2 million).

The NBC News Special "Mariah Carey: At Home In Concert With Matt Lauer" delivered a 0.4/2 in 18-49 and 2.0 million viewers overall. From its first half-hour to its fourth, "Mariah Carey: At Home In Concert With Matt Lauer" maintained or increased its rating in every key demo.

A rebroadcast of "The Night Shift" averaged a 0.5/2 in 18-49 and 2.3 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET. Despite the 10 p.m. hour, the "Night Shift" encore maintained its rating from half-hour to half-hour in adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54.

NBC tied for the nightlong win among the Big 4 nets in adults 18-49.

In Late-Night Metered-Market Household Averages for Saturday Night:

An encore telecast of "Saturday Night Live," with host Charlize Theron and musical guest The Black Keys, averaged a 2.6/7 in household results in Nielsen's 56 metered markets and a 1.2/5 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with Local People Meters, making it the #1 telecast of the night on the Big 4 networks in 18-49 in the Local People Meters, ahead of all Primetime programs on ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX in that key measure.
