Jorge Garcia Signs on for CBS' THE ORDAINED

According to Deadline, LOST alum Jorge Garcia has officially signed on for CBS' upcoming drama pilot THE ORDAINED.

The series follows the son of a Kennedy-like family, Tom Reilly (Charlie Cox), "who leaves the priesthood and becomes a lawyer at a top New York firm to prevent his politician sister from being assassinated," according to the report. Garcia is set to take on the role of the firm's in-house investigator.

RJ Cutler will helm the pilot episode, written by Lisa Takeuchi Cullen. Frank Marshall will serve as executive producer.

The actor's other TV credits include Once Upon a Time and the role of Hector Lopez on 'Becker.' He most recently starred in the FOX television series, Alcatraz as Dr. Diego Soto. Garcia also performs as a stand-up comedian.
