CBS's THE TALK Gives Thanks for Another High Weekly Audience

The Talk celebrated Thanksgiving by delivering another record average weekly audience and concluded its best-ever November sweep in viewers and women 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week of Nov. 25.

THE TALK averaged its best-ever weekly performance with 2.96 million viewers, up +9% from the prior week. Among women 25-54, The Talk was up +10% (1.1/06 from 1.0/06) and up +25% in women 18-34 (0.5/03 from 0.4/03).

THE TALK delivered its largest November sweep audience ever with an average of 2.81 million viewers, up +20% from last year and its best-ever women 25-54 rating (1.1/06), up +10% from a year ago. The Talk also posted +25% growth in women 18-34 (0.5/03).

CBS's Daytime Emmy Award-nominated talk show The Talk features a panel of well-known news and entertainment personalities discussing current events, pop culture, contemporary issues, family, celebrity and the trending topics of the day. The daily one-hour series is co-hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler. The hosts swap stories, challenge each other on issues and engage the studio audience and viewers at home about events in the headlines and their own homes. Show segments include guest interviews with entertainers and newsmakers, musical performances, appearances from extraordinary people with stories that engage and inform as well as how-to demos, real-world advice and tips from the leading experts in fitness, diet, health, home, relationships, finance and fashion. The show was developed by Gilbert, who also serves as executive producer.
