CBS's KEVIN CAN WAIT is Week's No. 1 New Series in Viewers & Key Demo

CBS placed first in viewers, adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and tied for first in adults 18-34, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Oct. 9.

CBS had five of the top 10 programs of the week in viewers, led by NCIS (#3 overall), and eight of the top 20 broadcasts in adults 18-49, led by THE BIG BANG THEORY, the number one scripted series.

KEVIN CAN WAIT was the week's #1 new program in viewers and adults 18-49, while NCIS, BLUE BLOODS and HAWAII FIVE-0 were the top three dramas in viewers.
