John Logan - the writer of James Bond's upcoming SKYFALL - has officially pitched and sold Bond 24 and 25 to Bond bosses Barbara Broccoli Michael Wilson. The next two films will tell a two-part story with Daniel Craig reprising his role of 007. It's tentatively set for a 2014 release.

SKYFALL has received nearly universal acclaim by critics and audiences alike, and is set to break box office records in the UK this weekend.

No plot or character details have yet to be released for Bond 24 & 25.

In SKYFALL, Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.

Daniel Craig, Javier Bardem, Dame Judi Dench, Naomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory, Ola Rapace and Tonia Sotiropoulou star in the film, which hits international theaters on October 26, domestic IMAX theaters on November 8, and conventional theaters on November 9.
