New Comedy MIDNITE CABBY to Premiere at Art Theater in Long Beach

One Take Films, LLC in association with Hourglass Pictures is proud to announce that their new comedy "Midnite Cabby" will debut at the historic Art Theater on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11 at 7 pm. The evening premiere was originally planned as an event for cast and crew only, but a select number of seats have been released for press, industry and the general public. Celebrity guests are expected to be in attendance. Targeted for a Teenage audience, "Midnite Cabby" is a beat the clock, madcap comedy filmed entirely in southern California. Many of the locations are instantly recognizable as iconic areas of Long Beach and San Diego.

The evening begins with a Red Carpet at 7 pm. The screening of the film will begin promptly at 8:30 pm.

The thirty five actors in the film range in age from nine to sixty nine and represent a broad range of ethnicities in keeping with One Take Films' commitment to multi-ethnic casting. Richard Meese, a longtime Long Beach resident, is the writer/producer of "Midnite Cabby" and the director is Rocky Costanzo, a longtime resident of Huntington Beach. The two partners share a vision of creating a successful film production company that caters to the Teenage market. "Midnite Cabby" is their first film completed under this new partnership with two more projects already scheduled for production in 2014 and 2015.

The historic Art Theater in Long Beach is located at 2025 East Fourth Street in Long Beach, CA 90814. Parking is limited, so participants are encouraged to arrive early.
