The Hollywood Reporter just broke the news that Eddie Redmayne, known for his turn as 'Marius' in the 2012 Oscar-nominated film adaptation of LES MISERABLES, and Tom Hooper, who helmed LES MIS for the big screen, will be reuniting for an upcoming film called THE DANISH GIRL for Working Title.

THE DANISH GIRL is based on David Ebershoff's 2001 novel, which centers on Einar Wegener, a Danish painter "who became the first man to undergo a sex-change operation".
Redmayne's other upcoming projects include Jupiter Ascending and Theory of Everything. He has also appeared on-screen in My Week with Marilyn, The Other Boleyn Girl, Elizabeth: The Golden Age and more, as well as the TV mini-series Tess of the D'Urbervilles and The Pillars of the Earth. Redmayne won the 2010 Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play for his performance in Red.
Among Hooper's directing credits are The King's Speech, The Damned United, Red Dust, the TV mini-series John Adams, and the TV series EastEnders and Byker Grove.
Prior to their work on LES MIS, Hooper and Redmayne also teamed on the TV mini-series Elizabeth I.
