Storyform Studios, a New York-based digital media startup, has launched an original comedy series this week titled Connection Unavailable. The show revolves around the neurotic-but-lovable members of a therapy group for social media addicts, and in a fitting twist is told across more than 20 real social media accounts, blogs, and websites belonging to these very characters seeking help (albeit in some cases half-heartedly). Viewers can follow the plot through collected "episodes" of short video, images and text on the show's main website, cuseries.com.

Connection Unavailable stars Nathan Lee Graham (Zoolander, Sweet Home Alabama, Hitch) as a retweet-starved fashion blogger, Stephanie Hsu (MTV's Girl Code and Blogger Girls) as an emoji-loving magazine editor, and Theo Stockman (High Maintenance, Olive Kitteridge, American Idiot) as a "celebrity" pickup artist with no game in real life. The show is written and directed by David Ross (Funny or Die, Jezebel, CollegeHumor), with Patrick Gibson serving as an executive producer, and Kiira Benzing (Other Plans) as a producer. Storyform currently has three episodes set to release in addition to ongoing content posted through the characters' social media accounts.
