World-renowned comedienne Rita Rudner will perform at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center tonight, August 22 at 8:30pm. Tickets are $80 - $100 and can be purchased online at www.whbpac.org.

Rita Rudner performs regularly at The Venetian in Las Vegas, where in over ten years and more than 2,000 shows, she has sold over one million tickets and become the longest-running solo show in the city's history.

Her other live performances include the original productions of Follies and Mack and Mabel on Broadway, and the world premiere of her play Tickled Pink (written with her husband and frequent collaborator Martin Bergman) last year in Laguna Beach. The couple's first play, Room 776, ran as part of the 2008 season at the Las Vegas Little Theatre. Rudner has appeared on HBO in Rita Rudner's One Night Stand, Born to Be Mild and Married Without Children and on Showtime in Rita Rudner and Three Potential Ex-Husbands. Rita Rudner: Live From Las Vegas was PBS's first ever stand-up comedy special, and Rudner has been a regular guest on both Late Night with David Letterman and The Tonight Show.
