STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga.

As a divorced mother of three, author Tracy R. Neal was compelled to write about the all-consuming "mommy guilt" that many working mothers feel. She also wanted to address the guilt that other women sometimes project on working mothers. For her, it is a real phenomenon and a very distracting and discouraging aspect of a working mother's life.

The new book "That's My Super Mommy!" (published by AuthorHouse) is told from a child's perspective and provides a reassuring voice meant to ease the guilt many moms deal with. It provides encouragement to moms all over the world who feel guilty for deciding to work outside the home. It also paints a picture for working women that their children are proud of their accomplishments. These children understand their mothers as beautiful, gifted and talented women who they want to share with the rest of the world.

"I want readers to support these heroic working moms," Neal says. "As I told one of my married friends, these jobs (Super Mommy and Working Mommy) are not for the faint at heart. It takes a lot of strength, courage and endurance. The Super Mommies of the world need all the support we can get."

Encouraging and humorous, "That's My Super Mommy!" is an empowering book for both working mothers and their wonderful, resilient and well-rounded children.
