THE TANTRA CONNECTION Explains Healing the Mind and Body
Author Monika Müller hopes "The Tantra Connection - Healing Through Cosmic Interface" (published by AuthorHouse) will "...heighten the reader's understanding of this transformation and assist in this time of change we are going through, individually as well as in society."
Tantra considers the spiritual component of sexuality as it presents a balanced approach to life in "The Tantra Connection." "The text is designed to enhance and support individual spiritual growth - in unity within a healing body," says Müller. The book takes the readers through holistic health and how it is an ever-present undercurrent. Müller also explains the parallels between ancient East Indian tantra and the highly developed cosmology of the pre-Columbian Mayan culture.
Describing the use of certain meditations, different modes of energy-cleansing and cultivated sexuality, "The Tantra Connection" attempts to reinforce the reader's courage and self-confidence. Müller's goal: for the reader to master life, eventually becoming a "whole" human being - a microcosm within the macrocosm.
An excerpt from "The Tantra Connection":
"See yourself in this predicament like an infant making its first insecure steps, frequently losing balance and stumbling. Without curiosity and willpower, no child could ever learn to walk. Embrace yourself, and especially your fearful inner child, with love."
