Randall Todd Paine, a history teacher from a long line of educators, has completed his new book "The Corner of My Round Room": an entertaining glimpse into the unbelievable world of an educator and coach told in a series of true short stories.

Paine began writing down the outlandish things that students say a few years into his teaching career when "(the things the students said) were becoming so uncommon that others who had never sat in a classroom began to think that I was making them up." Those reflections on the events became the hysterical compilation that is this book. While many of the stories are very outlandish to the point of being laughable, he wishes to express to the readers, "Remember, I can't make this stuff up!"

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Randall Todd Paine's amusing tale enthusiastically embraces all of the peculiarities of working with students in today's culture.

The whole gamut of middle- and high-school hilarity is explored in this book. Some stories feature students who warrant an eye-roll. Still others deserve full-on no-holds-barred ridicule. Regardless, the author's passion for his career and love for his students is profoundly evident in these pages.

Readers who wish to experience this riotous work can purchase "The Corner of My Round Room" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
