How wealth can embolden a narcissistic personality to feel invincibly empowered by one's incendiary actions no matter what the end result might be has inspired Pramila U. Dugel in writing "Shadows of Wealth" (published by Xlibris).

This book takes readers on a journey reliving the lifetime of one wealthy, unique spiritual family who devotedly raised intelligent and good looking son and daughter only to eventually discover that wealth and parenting skills could not guarantee the desired goals for the success of the children.

"Wealth can be used to purchase all of the luxuries in life, but it cannot procure the desired positive personality characteristics which parents would want to bestow on their children. Additionally, wealth cannot protect their children from making the wrong choices or shelter them from the consequences of wrong choices which they have made along life's road," Dugel says. "Money and fortune can only be used to establish status in the community and provide the ability to afford luxuries."

"Shadows of Wealth" hopes to make readers realize that wealth is only an asset, not the solution and priorities need to be organized and followed within the family structure.
