Outliers Publishing to Host Inaugural LeadershipYOU Event

The LeadershipYOU Career Coaching Event was inspired by serial entrepreneur, Dr. John Shufeldt's TEDx ASU talk, and the overwhelming response received from students and young professionals seeking career guidance. His talk focused on inspiring students to think big and avoid buying into the idea that they are limited to a single career path.

"Everyone needs mentors - virtual or otherwise - in order to achieve their goals," says Dr. Shufeldt. "I hope students who participate in this event will be encouraged to pursue their dreams - all of them."

Dr. Shufeldt wrote seven professional development books in a series called, The Outlier Series. Each book in the series highlights traits and accomplishments of remarkable individuals, he calls "outliers". To date, Dr. Shufeldt has published seven out of 17 Outlier Series books and is currently developing a massive open online course and free classroom curriculum for high school and college educational professionals.

Dr. Shufeldt's multi-platform leadership and career materials give users a unique edge in today's competitive market.
