Author Norman Ivory says his book, "The Rabbit on the Roof: Man's Spiritual Life - A Discovery Adventure" (published by Balboa Press AU), shows that the mysteries of life are ordinary, transparent, accessible and understandable, and the book examines mankind's relationship to spirit and God, where mankind came from, where mankind is now and where mankind's destiny will lead.

"Having been a clairvoyant for over 40 years and a trance medium for over 30 years, I have studied spirituality, philosophy, religion and Spiritualism and received inspiration from people and guides in Spirit over that whole period," Ivory says. "I now think it wise I attempt to share the knowledge with other people that I do not have direct contact with through the medium of this book."

"The Rabbit on the Roof" shows the spiritual progress of man. According to Ivory, the rabbit is a fearful animal that dwells in the dark in a burrow and is shown coming out to discover light and the extended view on a roof. Ivory likens this to "man in a spiritually dark world emerging by spiritual progress into the light and glory of the rising of a spiritual sunrise."

Ivory says his book will appeal to any person seeking spiritual meaning in life, particularly people age 29 and older who are looking for more to life than just mundane everyday life events. "This book will expand their knowledge of what makes life important. The aim is also to clear away many mysterious and unexplained things in life including many of the illogical dogmas of orthodox religions."
