"Poems from Norma Beckford": an honest and moving collection of verses to ignite passion for following the Lord while reflecting on one's journey. "Poems from Norma Beckford" is the creation of published author, Norma L. Beckford, who has been writing poems for many years. She never considered herself a poet until late 2014, after meeting Professor F. J. Antonio at a poetry workshop at the Mount Vernon Public Library. She writes under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and did not consider writing poems as a hobby or pastime. She has written numerous poems and some of her work has been published. It was at this workshop that her work began to receive publicity. Since then, her work was published in the Mount Vernon Public Library Chapbook.

Norma's wish is "... (that the reader will) allow the Holy Spirit to speak to your heart as you read these verses inspired by the word and work of our Lord and Savior. Each poem has been carefully written and inspired by God for you to learn, enjoy and share. After reading this collection, reflect on your own life and see how God is with you on every step of this journey we call life".

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Norma L. Beckford's new book captures the spirit of hope and devotion through the art of poetry in this collection. The poems in this collection are reflective of hope, joy, sadness, fear and the rest of the emotional spectrum.
