A posthumous publication, Marianne Petit-Clerc's "Le Phare brille encore..." (published by Xlibris) answers the question: What does it really mean to live for the Lord? With the help of a series of articles distilled from the author's experience and the lives and works of numerous believers throughout the ages, it transmits to readers the fundamentals of the Christian life.

In this fast-paced and modern society, more and more people find themselves alone, lost and afraid. What they do not realize is that they can find peace and direction if they restore their relationship with God. The late Petit-Clerc aims to fill the God-sized hole in every reader's heart by showing that God is still present and will readily forgive those who have strayed away from him. She incites them to walk closely with him in this winding journey called life, and to be secure in the knowledge that he will guide, comfort and protect them along the way.

In this inspiring presentation of true stories, words of wisdom, and thought-provoking questions, readers will see how God acts to intervene in the life of his sons and daughters. Each selection in this book reveals how he plays the major role in shaping a person's life. If one remains open and aware of God's actions in his or her life, he or she will clearly see the blessings he bestows in many a diverse ways. Through accounts that detail how men and women opened their hearts and welcomed God into their lives, one will be encouraged and challenged to submit to his will and live a new life at his side in preparation for the crucial task of furthering his kingdom.

A comprehensive and faith-impelled book every Christian must read on the road to spiritual formation. "Le Phare brille encore..." instills in readers faith in the loving and merciful God who dwells within the hearts of his children.
