LUANDA, Angola

Angolan Armed Forces officer Miguel Junior analyzes the military edification process in Angola between 1975 and 1992 in his new military critique, "Popular Armed Forces for the Liberation of Angola: First National Army and the War (1975-1992)" (published by AuthorHouse UK).

Junior's examination of the People's Armed Forces for the Liberation of Angola encompasses the group's 16 years of existence from its inception to its ultimate dissolution in 1991.

First, the book studies the decolonization and safety of Angola between 1974 and 1975 and the creation of the national army from 1976 to 1980.

In its second part, the book details how the national army was strengthened and organized.

Lastly, the book delineates the process of political and military advancements employed by the national army between 1990 and 1992.
