About the Author
Writing has always been a part of Kaylene Rose, it just took her a while to realize it. She once won second place in state when she was in seventh grade for an article about immigration and the effects that it has on families. Ever since then, she has kept little notes and diaries of different life events. What helps her write is her overactive imagination, her nightly dreams, and the way she can take experiences not just from her life but from others. Her family and friends are her greatest motivators and are already her biggest fans. She lives in Colorado with her family. She has two daughters, Avaya, aged seven, and Arianna, aged four. They have a small dog named Moto, and she has a wonderful supporting husband, James, who she has been married to for five years. She serves in the Colorado National Guard, and is proud to serve her country and state.
