Judy Huitt Releases 'Our Beloved, Our Friend'

With "Our Beloved, Our Friend: Explore the Word. Experience Jesus. Share His Love." (published by WestBow Press), Judy Huitt provides readers with a devotional to enrich their relationship with Jesus Christ through a "pattern" of 40 Bible-study meditations - each set in a Biblical "pattern" to connect with God. Huitt says the book is a guide that will provide answers to readers' deepest needs that can only be found through faith in Jesus. She is embarking on a marketing campaign to expand the book's reach.

"I wrote 'Our Beloved, Our Friend' with the prayer that, through the lens of the Word and the light of the Holy Spirit, readers will 'see' Jesus. That they will come to know Him personally, fall in love with and continue to grow in a deeper intimacy with Him," Huitt explains. "It is when we love Jesus in this way that we are moved to share Him with others in the words and deeds of our lives."

The step-by-step, sequential meditations use a Biblical "pattern" of communicating with God, which is taken from Psalm 119. Huitt promises after readers have completed the meditations, they will be able to use the "pattern" as a tool in ongoing Bible study and personal devotional time, to share in one-on-one fellowship, and to mentor and disciple individuals and groups.
