Author Joshua C. Fuller's novel, "Curse of the Holidays: Volume 1: Dead Snow" (published by iUniverse), which will be featured at the 2014 Florida Library Association Conference, explodes with excitement and adventure as one boy battles to save the world and family he loves from the all-consuming powers of darkness.

In a world without humans where angels, vampires and demons thrive, Donovan VonBreak, the demon god, hatches an evil plan to destroy all angels, pitting vampires against them. His plan, however, backfires horribly when the two make peace and some even fall in love.

VonBreak is furious and spends the next 50 years studying the two, looking for a way to destroy the light. He eventually sets his sights on Cloud, the son of an angel and vampire. VonBreak corrupts Cloud's brother and then banishes Cloud to a new world. Can Cloud overcome his inner darkness and save his family?

Fuller plans to continue the Curse of the Holidays series and encourages readers to be on the lookout for the next book. Of his passion for writing, he says, "My dream is to create beautiful worlds with amazing characters. I wanted to make this book series a remarkable adventure and give every reader a new perspective of the world around them."
