Joseph K. Chan Pens New Autobiography

According to the National Library of Medicine, one in every 4,000 people has retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative eye disease. The National Library of Medicine also states that one in every 150,000 people has paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia, a rare disorder that causes sporadic muscle behavior or involuntary movements. For author Joseph K. Chan, these two diseases are more than a statistic - they're a reality.
