Author Jeryl F. Hodge has always had a passion for writing and throughout her life she has never let go of this passion. In "Save the Pages for Future Generations" (published by Xlibris) the author uses her writing skills to create a nostalgic and immersive read on her family history and many experiences in life.

"Save the Pages for Future Generations" is about wonderful, often-forgotten experiences in the Virgin Islands that the author has written down on paper since she retired. She also recounts her childhood memories. It follows her diagnosis with breast cancer and how she has dealt with it throughout the years. This book is dedicated to the author's mother who died at a young age.

The author's main intent for writing this book is that so everyone could read it and encourage others to write their stories as they live them. Her great hope is that this book will help young people as well as future generations to know where they came from and who they are. This book is a gift for every family.
