"Don't Let Life Stop You from Living" (published by iUniverse) springs from the personal experiences and insights of author Georgette Elizabeth Correa, who found the book's title flowing through her thoughts one day while sharing a heartfelt conversation with a friend. The phrase has worked for her, giving focus to her reflections on how to live fully and richly, lessons she shares with readers in her new book.

"No matter what happens in your life, you have the potential to choose something else at any moment," Correa says. "Whatever you choose to focus on, it will either enhance your life, or diminish your life. You are the ultimate decision-maker. Choose that which will serve you positively."

Correa stresses the power and wisdom gained through "getting to know thyself," explaining: "Searching outside of the self is a waste of time." Although one may read books, attend seminars or go to church, the author says ultimately the final answers are found within.
