Marsha a Prude is a native of the Capitol of Kentucky. She is married with five adult children. She is a Graduate of the Institute of Children's Literature. Mrs. Prude attended the Kentucky State Book Fair and had the privilege to meet and take a photo with UofL Coach/Author Rick Pitino. She also had a photo with Governor Steven Beshear and his wife Jane Beshear at the 2012 Kentucky Derby expo. She is an honorable Kentucky Colonel serving as a good will ambassador for Kentucky.
