There are so many books with messages about being nice, kind, helpful, strong and empathetic but Abbie Moore believes that is not how everyone thinks all of the time. She decided to write a book about the other side of one's thoughts and let people know these 'other' thoughts are normal and ok. Her book titled "Thoughts You Should Not Feel Bad About" (published by Balboa Press AU) is a fun, embrace of everyone's most guilty thoughts for teenagers and adults to enjoy.

Moore, a self-professed creator of her own naughty thoughts, shares a fun compilation of contemplations that gives readers hope that they are not the only ones who sometimes think, "Yeah, we all know you're the boss; you don't have to keep reminding us!" or "When are you going to leave so I can go to bed?" or "Any chance of you paying your share of anything?" Through her examples, Moore teaches others to embrace guilty thoughts in a light-hearted way, no matter whether they are the subjects or the ones pointing the finger.

"Today there are so many rules, and people are so serious. This book is a light hearted way of turning our negative thoughts and emotions into something fun," Moore points out. "It makes people laugh and feel normal about their thoughts."

"Thoughts You Should Not Feel Bad About" will remind readers that everyone has bad thoughts now and then, but it does not make them a bad person.
