Featuring a powerhouse band and a dazzling array of theater talent, the concert celebrates the winners of the Curtain Up Musical Theater Songwriting Contest.This event is sponsored by Berklee Theater Arts Collaborative, the Professional Writing & Music Technology Division, and the Songwriting Department. Curtain Up!, a Berklee College of Music revue of new musical theater songs written, orchestrated and performed by students, returns to the Berklee Performance Center Wednesday, April 15th, 2020. Featuring a powerhouse 17-piece band and a dazzling array of Broadway stars in the making, Curtain Up! celebrates the winners of Berklee's annual Musical Theater Songwriting Contest, and showcases Berklee's unique Musical Theater Writing program. Tickets are on sale now at Berklee.edu/events.
