"Not just for Rentheads, anyone who wants to revisit a piece of Broadway history with one of its original participants won't want to miss it" -The Stage Broadway and film actor
Commonwealth Shakespeare Company presents Anthony Rapp in his one-man musical theater event, based on his 2006 book Without You: A Memoir of Love, Loss, and the Musical Rent. Rapp's first big break in show business came when he was cast as the lead in the musical RENT, but the exhilaration of that show's overwhelming success was tempered by the sudden and unexpected loss of the play's writer, Jonathan Larson. Without You is his memoir of love and loss, with music from RENT as well as original songs. Directed by Steven Maler. Performances are Wednesday & Thursday @ 7:30pm, Friday & Saturday @ 8pm, and Sunday @ 3pm.
