Donna McKechnie will appear in Donna McKechnie: My Musical Comedy Life at The Colonial Theatre on July 28 at 8pm as a benefit to honor Larry Vaber. 

Tickets to Donna McKechnie: My Musical Comedy Life are $25-$100. Contact the Stockbridge Campus Ticket Office at 83 East Main Street, by calling 413-298-5576 or the Colonial Ticket Office at 111 South Street, Pittsfield by calling 413-997-4444. Tickets can also be bought online at www.berkshiretheatregroup.org. Ticket Offices are open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, Saturdays 10am-2pm or on any performance day from 10am until curtain. All plays, schedules, casting and prices are subject to change.

Tony Award-winning original member of A Chorus Line, Ms. McKechnie is regarded internationally as one of Broadway's foremost dancing and singing stars. Her cabaret show, My Musical Comedy Life, which received unanimous raves from New York theater critics, won a Mac Award Nomination for Best Female Singer and the Backstage Bistro Award for Outstanding Major Engagement. Some of Ms. McKechnie's Broadway credits include: How to Succeed in Business Without Really TryingA Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (national tour); The Education of Hyman KaplanSondheim-A Musical Tribute (which she also choreographed); On the Town; Promises, Promises; Company and State Fair. Celebrate the best of musical theatre for one night only with Ms. McKechnie at the Colonial!

Former Berkshire Theatre Group Board Member, Larry Vaber, was an integral part of the fundraising and building of BTG's Unicorn Theatre. In honor of Larry Vaber's life and work, Berkshire Theatre Group has created the Larry Vaber Fund in order to support the work created in The Unicorn Theatre. A portion of the proceeds from Ms. McKechnie's appearance at the Colonial will go towards supporting the Larry Vaber Fund and the continuation of Larry Vaber's work and dreams.
