Thought I'd drop a post in here (albeit in the off-topic section), because he has supported Broadway a lot this summer.

Yikes...that's a bummer. Regardless of how you feel about the guy, and the decisions he's made.

Rodgers has been kind of like "Where's Waldo" once he was acquired by the Jets. Knick playoff game, Rodgers was there. Tony award ceremony, Rodgers was there. Taylor Swift concert (Met Life Stadium), Rodgers was there. The Super Bowl dreams of Jet's fans ended after 4 freaking plays. Big topic today was that this injury might not have happened if they played on grass instead of artificial turf. Once again, money is the reason the NFL does 99.9% of the things they do, and artificial turf is cheaper. As for Rodgers vaccine stance, I am not going to condemn anybody who made personal health decision for himself. As it has been proven, the vaccines did not stop you from getting COVID. Wish Rodgers luck but this injury at his age may be career ending.

And just to tag on to your post... The vaccine was never meant to stop you from getting covid. It was to help from possibly getting it and to stop you from getting really sick if you got it. Pretty much like the flu vaccine.

Just give the world Love.

I will agree to disagree with you. If my memory is correct, the vaccine was being "sold" in the beginning on the premise that it would prevent you from getting COVID and spreading it. In reality, it was more like a flu shot like you said.

It's almost as if the talking heads on the TV don't have medical degrees and it's really almost like the average citizen has NO IDEA how viruses work. Give the latter information from the former and it's the blonde leading the blah.

As for Aaron Rodgers, time wounds all heels.

The stupidity and lies in this statement is breathtaking.

Just the moronic Trump fans. Yikes. Intelligent people that don't want OAN all day understand completely, understood the Covid shot, and what it actually does.

Sutton Ross - so my statement is stupid and a lie, really.  See below. Once people that had vaccine and booster like myself got COVID, the story was changed to the vaccines helped with the symptoms of COVID, which was very true.

"Vaccines decrease chances of infection, transmission

All three COVID-19 vaccines authorized in the U.S. were designed to prevent severe infection, hospitalization and death. But experts and public health officials say the shots also protect people from contracting and spreading the virus."

The statement above is from link below. Please note it is from "USA Today" which is not a conservative publication. Also, note that the date of the article was Nov 17,2021.

Fact check: COVID-19 vaccines protect against infection, transmission (usatoday.com)
