She did mention that there was only one more cell interruption the rest of the run after the incident at Lincoln Center last year -- who knows.
I wish the whole issue didn't have to be a discussion, but unfortunately it does. For the most part, things theaters have done so far haven't been wholly effective, so who knows, maybe getting a little more extreme would help.
I don't understand, particularly if someone needs to be asked a second time, why they aren't removed from the theater. Maybe if they don't value respect or the show, they'd at least value the money they spent.

It would be nice if she didn't have to...but unfortunately it's still a problem, and something she feels strongly about. Also, not to speak for her, certainly, but no one is ever forced to discuss anything, and I'm sure if she didn't want to, she wouldn't.
