There are TONS of other actresses that have better ability to be Tinkerbell. Unless this movie is going to be taking place in a retirement home, I don't see what the plot would be. When she first appreared on the scene, she was the cute, wholesome ingenue, now she is being portrayed more as a scheming, conniving control bitch. Why wasn't Amy Adams or Anne Hathaway or any other younger actresses considered for this part instead of her?...
I like Reese, and since I have no idea exactly what the story will be with this live action version of Tinkerbell, I am willing to wait and see.
According to Rotten Tomatoes, back in 2010, the film had Elizabeth Banks (love her!) attached to star, with a different producer apparently.
The way these things go, who the heck knows who will wind up playing the role, or when the movie will even ever be released? The lead could change a bunch more times before it's all said and done.

What the ****? Reese Witherspoon is a young-looking 39 years old, and is an extremely likeable presence on screen (she's Elle Woods, for godssake).
"...everyone finally shut up, and the audience could enjoy the beginning of the Anatevka Pogram in peace."
