I love foreign movies, but recently I realized that the only movie in French that I've seen is Amelie, which I thought was wonderful. Do you guys have any more recommendations for me? I like all kinds of movies, just not bad ones ; )
The Three Colors Trilogy is an absolute masterpiece. I also recommend Blue is the Warmest Color, The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, and The Triplets of Belleville.

Coach Bob knew it all along: you've got to get obsessed and stay obsessed. You have to keep passing the open windows. (John Irving, The Hotel New Hampshire)
Triplets of Belleville (and if you like Triplets see The Illusionist)
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
One of my favorite reasons for watching French films has always been for the unusual music scores. And one of the greatest examples is the fascinating comedy suspense film Subway.
House of Pleasures. (Alternatively House of Tolerance and L'Apollonide.) One of my all-time favorites about a turn of the century brothel. Until recently it was on Netflix but it shouldn't be too hard to find elsewhere.
