I was in Mezz Row C, dead center, last night--great seat from the Facebook contest. The performances outshone the material, definitely. Some funny bits, but mostly pedestrian and logic-defying writing.

Opening scene, Ari Graynor's "Freaky Friday" bit and her tussle with Jenni Barber were the highlights for me. Cheyenne Jackson makes for an imposing figure (especially his nicely sculpted back) in his teeny-tiny outfits in the opening scene. Lots of wolf whistles from the audience as the lights came up.

I had a really good time. I didn't laugh very hard, but I laughed consistently through the entire thing. Though much of the audience was definitely laugh really hard the whole time. Most of the jokes posted here sound pretty lame and maybe most of them are, but the cast is really great and delivers the lines perfectly, making even the lame jokes funny.

Ari Graynor is a god.

I went back and saw it again last night. Some friends were in town and wanted to see it (a mother and 17 year old son) so I offered to go with them for rush seats if only to sit between them.

they both liked it.

Everyone does sign, but both Tuesday night and last night it was a bit of a mad house. Amazingly Alicia Silverstone skipped signing my playbill 4 times, even after using my sharpie to sign for everyone past me.

I was in Orch row M, house left so I got out the door pretty fast and the barriers were already lined by fans who were not seeing the show, so if you are going with your heart set on getting stuff signed, don't go on a weekend night.

Also Silverstone doesn't pose for pics, and they try to enforce only getting one item signed, and sometimes insisting that only show merch signed.

Winkler took about a half hour signing for everyone and posing for pics with everyone.

Saw it today via the facebook contest, sat in row G all the way to the right. I agree with mamaleh, the performances outshone the material. It really is a strange thing to be on Broadway, it feels like it should be Off-Broadway. It's a silly fluff piece, I laughed, but overall I wouldn't have been willing to pay much for the tickets, glad I saw it for free.

I'm kind of surprised people didn't like Daniel Breaker. I actually quite enjoyed his performance. I thought the female characters were all more poorly written than the males, but maybe that's just me.

Breaker's character is the straight man of the piece, so his role may seem to be lacking compared to the others. In fact Silverstone's Sarah was a weaker character until her drunk scene as mentioned before.

The only really weak character is Jenni Barber's role, but even there she has a ton of fun with the part.

I just got back from tonight's performance and i have to say I was not expecting to like this play at all. I got my tickets way before previews started and after reading this thread, I was a little hesitant. All the jokes posted in here seemed pretty lame and not my kind of humor. For my surprise, I laughed a lot throughout the whole show.

I liked it but didn't LOVE it. Most of the jokes were, in fact, pretty lame, but the delivery of them were great. I liked how they were presented in a quite innocent manner... they didn't sound as vulgar as I was expecting. The whole cast did a good job, but Ari Graynor definitely had the most memorable scenes for me.

Overall, it's really not an amazing piece of theatre, but It sure was a fun night!

Saw it tonight and had a blast. I thought everyone was spot on. Arii Graynor was a scream as was Barber. They had the whole "dumb thing down. I think Cheyenne was just fine and played the part well. Just a really fun time and the laughs never stopped. Not sure how the critics will like it but it is worth seeing. A fun time and just long enough.

I was in the orchestra, row F (right in the middle). People around me seemed to be having a great time. I'm really curious about what the critics will say about this show...

I finally saw this today and loved ever frickin' second of it. From start to finish was belly laugh after belly laugh. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks and see it again.

I'm really hoping this does well enough, and runs at least through the season.

I'm just shocked that Broadway World's resident 250 year old didn't like this show. SHOCKED, I say.

As shocked as I am that our resident sewer-mouth/mind loved every second of it.
