The Landor Theatre is to present the classic Broadway musical comedy 'Little Me'.
A brilliant collaboration between Neil Simon, Cy Coleman & Carolyn Leigh, the show was first seen on Broadway in 1962 starring Sid Caesar & opened in London 2 years later at the Cambridge Theatre giving Bruce Forsyth his first West End musical starring role. The show was last seen in the West End in 1984 in a spectacular production starring Russ Abbot, Sheila White & Lynda Baron at the Prince Of Wales.
A great show with a hugely underrated score but it requires a multi-talented leading man who can be funny doing an array of bizarre characters. Last time on Broadway it was Martin Short who did well. Who would be a good choice here?
