I will be in New York in early April and wanted to see The Big Knife, but when I tried to select my tickets it seemed that all of the orchestra centre seats were unavailable. I was surprised as the show will be in previews. Does anyone know if these tickets are unavailable because they have actually been sold, or are they reserved for Roundabout subscribers. If it is the latter, does anyone know if these tickets might become available at a later date (e.g., if not purchased by subscribers). Thanks in advance for any help on this.
It's certainly subscriber holds. I kind of doubt this will be a sell-out so look for tickets as the performance date approaches. With The Mystery of Edwin Drood, huge crops of tickets come up in the center orchestra typically a week before a performance.
