Fells Point Corner Theater opens its 2013-2014 season with the master of the absurd and the unconventional with Christopher Durang's DURANG DURANG. The show will run Friday, September 13th to Sunday, October 13th, 2013. Durang's jagged satire unapologetically cuts right through the fat and the flesh, exposing to the bones the various styles of acclaimed playwrights like Tennessee Williams, Sam Shepard, and David Mamet. With six complete acts packaged into a single evening, no one is safe from the dissecting eye of Christopher Durang.

Together with cast and crew, director Andrew J. Porter has put together an evening of live music, mixed media and laugh-out-loud lampoonery.Mr. Porter has become a frequent resident at FPCT after recently being seen as Ray in last winter's production of Lonestar, as well as in Superior Donuts and in various roles in our annual 10x10 festival.

Performances of DURANG DURANG are Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m.and Sundays at 2:00 pm. There will be two Thursday performances on September 26th and October 3rd at 8:00 p.m. Due to the Fells Point Fun Festival, there will be no show on Sunday, October 6th.

Admission: $15 for Thursdays and Sundays, $20 for Fridays and Saturdays. For tickets, go to www.fpct.org.
