This summer 7 Ronin is presenting a special three part series on the balcony at Mr. Rain's Fun House. Tonight, July 21st will be a 7 Ronin Celebration of Joe Dennison; August 11th is 7 Ronin's Greatest Moments-Cabaret Style; and the September event has yet to be determined.

Each night will encompass a multitude of work, with the July event themed after Dennison's birthday, plays and artwork. Joe has had a few one acts performed off Broadway and several full lengths produced in the Baltimore area. He is a 4 time Maryland Arts Council "Excellence in Playwriting" award winner and most recently was named Baltimore City Paper's Best Playwright in 2004.

"Joe Dennison has given so much to the artistic community of Baltimore. Through his artwork and his plays, he brings his own unique view to everything he does. He is a master of the 10-minute play and we are happy to have him as a board member and a resident playwright. We, as 7 Ronin, are happy to celebrate his birthday at Mr. Rain's Fun House.

7 Ronin Productions is a company filled with young creative minds with a flavor for a dark aesthetic and experimental theater. They use this view-point to develop emotionally and visually impactful shows.
