Michele Miller

Michele Miller Michele Miller is performer, writer, and educator. She is the founder and artistic director of Propbox Players a theatre company for very young and young audiences that aims to engage, excite, and educate through theatre. She earned her Master’s in Educational Theatre from New York University in 2009 and received her B.F.A in Theatre from Adelphi University in 2003. She has performed with many national touring and regional theatre productions, such as New England Shakespeare Festival, Omaha Theatre Company for Young People, ,and George Street Playhouse. Michele has been a theatre teacher and administrator throughout New Jersey, including McCarter Theatre, Papermill Playhouse, and Passage Theatre Company. Some of her students have been awarded theatre scholarships, performed with professional companies such as STREB, and participated in a documentary with The College of New Jersey. Michele is a Theatre teacher in New Jersey as well as an adjunct faculty member at Passaic County Community College and Adelphi University where she is also the co founder of the Educational Theatre program. Michele’s writing has been presented at Emerging Artists Theatre New Work Series and United Solo Theatre Festival, published with Indie Theater Now.com, Incite Insight, and The Write Teacher(s).com.
