The 2016 Taste of Dine Originals was held at the gorgeous Franklin Park Conservatory for the first time this year, offering an exquisite backdrop for some of Columbus's finest locally owned, independent restaurants, wineries, breweries, and more. The 7th Annual Columbus Creative Industry Mixer (CCIM) by Matthew Roharik was held this year at Park Street Cantina, where the red carpet was rolled out for the 'Movie Night Premier' theme, uniting all the top creative enthusiasts, including artists, designers, stylists, models, photographers, talent agents, producers, actors and more. With nearly 1,000 guests, Columbus was certainly the place to be on April 15th, where you could network locally with all the who's-who in the creative industry from around the country.

No doubt one of the greatest classic Disney films of all time, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST has launched a new NETworks tour, which reunites original Broadway director, Rob Roth, choreographer, Matt West, along with the original design team, including Ann Hould-Ward (costume designer), Natasha Katz (Lighting Designer), Stanley A. Meyer (Scenic Designer), John Petrafesa Jr. (Sound Designer) and Music Supervision by Michael Kosarin.

As BWW reported yesterday, The Ohio State University has fired Band Director Jon Waters citing 'serious cultural issues and an environment conducive to sexual harassment within the Marching Band.' The findings showed that conduct of the band and staff 'is inconsistent with the University's values and Title IX requirements.'
