Soul musician and drummer for New York rock/hip hop band, Fun Lovin' Criminals, Uncle Frank (Frank Benbini) will play CMJ 2015 at NYC's Fat Baby, October 17.

On the live stage, Frank's baritone vocals are complemented by multi-instrumentalist and fellow-producer Naim Cortazzi. Together they create a technicoloured, live show of pure entertainment invoking the spirit of Barry White, James Brown and Hall & Oates.

Hailing from Leicester, England, Uncle Frank produces, performs and writes classic, quirky and love-struck songs. Often referred to as TRM--short for "The Rhythm Man," Uncle Frank has been described as writing "the music from the Jungle Book blended with Barry White's lush soul vibe and...a touch of Benny Hill and, not forgetting, some genius songwriting a la Burt Bacharach".

Signed to MITA Records, Uncle Frank is deemed by BBC's Huw Stephens as "the country's most prolific, endearing and talented artists". As Uncle Frank continues to take the UK and US by storm, stay tuned for more on his upcoming CMJ performance at: fatbabynyc.com and contact Big|Brave Machine if you're interested in coverage.
