Welcome to THE FRIDAY SIX: Q&As with your favorite Broadway stars. Want to know what hooked them to a career in the theater? Their dream roles? Their Broadway crushes? Read on!

In this week's edition, we caught up with Elizabeth Stanley, who is starring as 'Claire de Loone' in On The Town- currently playing at the Lyric Theatre.

What is the first Broadway show you ever saw?

The Scarlet Pimpernel -- sort of by happenstance--was during was my first visit to NYC. The first "landmark" I saw was the TKTS booth where we were ecstatic to get tickets to anything we could. I loved it, and immediately became obsessed with Rachel York!

What is your most unique pre-show ritual?

Ummmmmm...picking the old glue off my eyelashes. I have this personal challenge to make them last as long as possible. #gross

What is your most memorable "the show must go on" moment?

Well...wasn't that noticeable to the audience, but this summer I broke my finger during Kiss Me Kate--not even in a fight scene-- just setting down my suitcase in an "animated manner" all alone on stage. I'm such an idiot! Needless to say, it HURT but I carried on...

What is the one role you want to play before you die?

Ooooh, so many, but today I'll say 'Marian the librarian.'

Who is your Broadway crush?

Queen Lesli! Aka Lesli Margherita. Her tweets make me pee. Oh and also, Steve Pasquale--THAT voice, THAT face. Yes please.

Where can people 'stalk' you online?

Elizabethstanley.net (but I am admittedly horrible about keeping up with online anything!)--I try to stay hip to the twitter--mildly better there: ECStans.
