The wildly popular Siesta Fiesta returns to Siesta Key Village April 26 - 27, 2014. Preparations are well under way for this signature spring event and festival promoter Howard Alan Events promises to deliver another top-notch show. This juried outdoor festival showcases the finest talent in the country, attracting locals and tourists each year who look forward to the vast array of original artwork on display and for sale. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Siesta Key Village Association. Admission is free and open to the public.

The festival will feature 250 of the nation's leading artists and crafters as well as the finest local and regional exhibitors. The artists will line Ocean Boulevard with their professional display booths while the crafters will display their unique and affordable crafts throughout Siesta Key Village for a sidewalk craft fair. A Green Market will feature exotic plants and orchids, body products, gourmet spices, jams, dips and spreads, and much more. Ocean Boulevard will be closed to vehicular traffic starting at Ocean and Canal and running through to Beach Road. This will allow festival patrons to leisurely stroll through the exhibits as they explore the eclectic array of art and crafts.

A free art giveaway will feature the work of artist Elaine Laurent. The featured giveaway piece is a unique mermaid cigar box purse made with beautiful Swarovski crystals.
